So I've been in carpentry since I left school and all other aspects of the building trade. Quick reply but the job was not done properly. Screws were not installed correctly and 2 of them were missing the screw heads. I had to call another carpenter to fix it.

Eren arrived exactly when agreed (in fact 20min early). He and his team were friendly and polite and did a quick, competent job of clearing our gutters without any damage or problems (not that easy because our house is old and tile-hung), including cleaning up all the gutter debris that fell out of the gutters onto the patio and adding the garage gutters into the job for no extra charge. He completed the roofing task assigned and gave a 7 year warranty. But there was a significant leak the very next day when it rained. I have called severally for the leaks to be repaired based on the warranty but my calls and messages have been ignored.
