James turned up to assess the job I had described and provided a candid assessment of what really needed doing - which in this instance saved me money on the work required. I took a couple of other quotes but none of those gave me the confidence that James had and despite the holiday period, we managed to agree some dates - then we changed them once James confirmed availability - and he and his team turned up and completed the work efficiently and very little fuss. Eren arrived exactly when agreed (in fact 20min early). He and his team were friendly and polite and did a quick, competent job of clearing our gutters without any damage or problems (not that easy because our house is old and tile-hung), including cleaning up all the gutter debris that fell out of the gutters onto the patio and adding the garage gutters into the job for no extra charge. He completed the roofing task assigned and gave a 7 year warranty. But there was a significant leak the very next day when it rained. I have called severally for the leaks to be repaired based on the warranty but my calls and messages have been ignored.
