The sales person, Mark went through everything in meticulous detail. The team who fitted it did it in one day and the price was very reasonable. I was over the moon with this. I am very disappointed with James' work.He knew before he started what needed doing. He seemed to panic about everything. He estimated that the job would take two days (Monday & Tuesday) At 4pm on Tuesday he said that he was going and would be back on SATURDAY!!!!!!!!!! I told him, in no uncertain terms what I thought about that and he stayed until 8pm to finish the job. The job, to install new worktops is far from perfect. The sink is set in at a slight angle and the worktops are not straight. I realise that I should have complained and withheld payment but I was so upset by the end that I couldn't face it. I am elderly, disabled and live alone. Why do tradesmen think that it is OK to take us for a ride?

We have had our boiler replaced recently replaced by Nigel at Beaumont Plumbing. Excellent service and very professional. Would recommend to everyone. We have had issues with our heating and radiators since we moved in 6 months ago but no one was able to fix. Very reasonable price. Since fitting us with a new boiler Nigel has kindly organised our roof to be repaired. The guys were so lovely and professional. I now have a sealed roof and warm house thanks to them. Definitely will use them again.
