They said the work would be £14000,if we paid cash it would be £9500 we paid in cash, they did not give us any paperwork to show what work was to be done, notator show we paid them, they said we had a 4 year warranty, They did not finish the work, on the part of the roof they replaced we still have a leak, we have no contact with them. The ripped us off can’t not get any help, be careful

I had this roof replaced in February and it has failed already. The company I used was via Rated people. Not sure why I used this app again, given my experience, but I did. Gus has replaced this and my other flat roof. He carried out the job promptly and cleared up completely. So far, I think he has done a great job. The leaks have stopped. Assuming the roof doesn't fail again, I would recommend Gus without hesitation. I will return to update my review in a year's time when I hope there will be no problems

Harry and the guys came round quickly and gave us a quote, as we could not see what was going on as it was the roof he took photos and videos to show what the problem was. I considered a few companies and chose this company based on them offering complete replacement and photos of previous work on their website and on mybuilder also. They removed all the old wood rather than just covering it up, so it was a professional job. Highly recommend this business as they specialise in roofline replacement.

Nice gentleman. However, did not execute as described. Insisted that removing the rubbish stopped at dumping it into my bins. The other rubbish as shown in the picture was left for me to deal. I did not have much energy to argue with him as I felt he was tired.
