Experienced builder NEW TO RATED PEOPLE ???? Hi everyone. I’m Mitch, I’ve been in the trade since leaving school. I am a general builder that specialises in timber work. I do most jobs from small jobs like laminate flooring all the way upto 2 storey extensions. For the larger jobs I have a reliable team of builders including electricians, plumbers and bricklayers. We are happy to quote anything, bespoke is my passion. If you can’t get someone to build it, we can! Please feel free to browse photos of my work, I will try upload a little bit of everything. Gary and his team have done a fantastic job installing a new roof, fitting new guttering, along with sofits and facias, His quote was the best value and most honest from the many we had, Gary kept us informed of the progress throughout the installation, he kept his work area tidy and left no mess when the job was completed. Quick response, very polite during interactions and kept informed at every stage of the job. Issues were presented with solutions and outline of costs. Willing to work with you to the agreed solution. The guys were aware of their surroundings and cleaned up as they went along and took the waste with them. Work was conducted quickly (before the snow came) and i would use them again.

Paul quoted the job and kept in touch whilst the doors were ordered. I had asked for a replacement conservatory door which was worn out and beyond economical repair. Other builders had told me that I would need a new conservatory. A set of doors were made to measure and fitted. Although the profiles were never going to match a good job was done for a reasonable price. I would recommend this firm and wouldn't hesitate to use again.

I strongly recommend Kerrigan and team. I've had varied experience on Rated People in the past, but didn't want to leave tradesmen bad feedback. I have no such worry with DCP Lettings. They turn up when they say they will, work was completed at a good fair price and to a high standard. Kerrigan and team are courteous, polite, diligent and mindful of their work. In future I won't be looking on Rated People, I'll be hiring DCP Lettings and joining the ranks of people who can recommend a trusted builder.
