Despite repeated attempts to contact Gerry by phone and email to see when he was coming back to complete the job (he had to order a part) and he had been paid at this point he has never got back to us nor have we received the promised guarantee Very poor service, use this business at your own risk

Done an excellent job of installing new boiler, radiators and pipes. From quote to completion everything went smoothly. Communication was spot on and Scott arranged all the necessary trades to get this job completed in one day. Banter was pretty good too. Would definitely use again.

Very pleased with our job taken on by Alex. He explained everything well. He kept me updated and shared ideas with me about the job at hand. Pleasant and professional. Quote was very reasonable. The plumber Completed my bathroom, there was a leak under the bath. I called the plumber and he said he would be here on Friday to fix it. After a week I am still waiting. Been calling and texting the guy everyday but no reply. Terrible service from them!
