Very fast to quote, responded quickly to our questions, moved some jobs around to fit us in as quickly as possible as the storm had made our garden completely open to the outside world. Came in, did the job within a couple of days, took all of the rubbish from the old fence away, staff were friendly and presentable and the fence seems to be good quality so overall very pleased. Would definitely use them again.

First time using Rated People and it was first class great online communications and follow up processes. Mike Baker was first rate from initial call back through to completion. Took time to talk through requirements, meet on site to survey and estimate the work, providing a clear cost and timescale. The work completed to an excellent standard well within the parameters in my Rated People enquiry. Not the cheapest (nor the most expensive) of those who provided quotes. However I found them thoroughly competent, reliable, hard-working and professional. Based upon my experience I would have no hesitation recommending them to anybody who wants high quality workmanship and attention to detail.

James is a pleasant young man whose standard of workmanship is very good. He understood the requirements of the job - transforming a very ugly toilet into an inviting one - he worked very hard to meet expectations - to which he succeeded. A great guy that turns up when he says he will. Cleans up and did the tasks I required with no problems. Top class and I will use again. Didnt have time to fit a trap but arranged another day and was done within 30 mins.
