If I could give 10 stars for each category I would! I cannot say how happy I am with the finished job and with the clean and tidy way in which it was conducted. Patrick is obviously highly skilled and he works very hard. That said, nothing is too much trouble for this young man, and it's clear that his customer's satisfaction is paramount. I will absolutely be recommending him to all our friends and we have, in fact, already asked him to quote for another job.

Did an excellent job of rendering the raised plant beds - even though it took slightly longer than anticipated due to weather conditions I was kept informed and the work came in as per budget. Would highly recommend for similiar work.

I’m really pleased with the work carried out here. The job was a basic boiler annual service but I found Yam to be easy and polite to converse with. He listened and understood what I wanted. His working method appears to be very clean, controlled, careful and efficient. I would absolutely hire Yam again and would not hesitate to recommend him to family, friends and neighbours. We had a leak from the shower in our ensuite that ruined the living room ceiling below. Not only was the quote for the work given speedily, but it was also well priced compared to other quotes. The work (take down part of the ceiling, put up new boarding, replaster and then repaint the entire ceiling) has been completed quickly, efficiently, cleanly and to a very high standard.
