This firm sub contracted out the work to a local plumber/carpenter who I found difficult to contact. I needed a new shower as he said he couldn`t repair it. I selected the cheapest one as I am upgrading my bathroom later this year. He couldn`t get it straight away so I selected a dearer one which he fitted. He then told me he was going away the next day. If I hadn`t selected the dearer one I would still be waiting! There is some moisture leaking but I really don`t want him again so I`ll wait and see.

The guys did a great job. Pre ordered materials and skip and on the day they arrived and got most of the groundwork done quickly. Travis Perkins failed to deliver all materials but they tracked down the materials and go the job done to a great standard. The even did a few extra jobs for me. Competitive pricing and good service. I had this roof replaced in February and it has failed already. The company I used was via Rated people. Not sure why I used this app again, given my experience, but I did. Gus has replaced this and my other flat roof. He carried out the job promptly and cleared up completely. So far, I think he has done a great job. The leaks have stopped. Assuming the roof doesn't fail again, I would recommend Gus without hesitation. I will return to update my review in a year's time when I hope there will be no problems

Replaced the lead that had dropped off; fitted two cowls & in the process found an old broken tile (fixed that too). I then discussed an ongoing guttering issue I had (I was being given the run-around by another builder); he just did it! If I have another issue with my roof - hopefully not anytime soon - I would contact Joe, without hesitation.
