When communicating with Mr Mercer it became clear that he is keen to provide good service and value for money, rather than take advantage for a quick buck. The job I needed was a small one, so small a lot of people weren’t interested. However Mr Mercer could see it was an accident waiting happen and helped me out.

I was very impressed with Billy and his colleagues. They were professional, friendly, polite, helpful and reliable. Billy talked me through the problems he found with my roof and gave me several options and prices. We agreed the work and the dates to start and despite the terrible 'Best from the East' weather he managed to complete the job in a good time. We had a change of plan and decided to have our en suite shower cubicle ripped out and replaced (it was old and leaking). Lee made several suggestions as to style and colour which have worked really well. It looks really great. We were very satisfied with the qualiry of his workmanship, timekeeping and reliability. We will definately use him again hopefully for the bathroom refit originally planned. When visiting three local plumbing/tiling retailers, they all knew Lee and spoke well of him.

Frank and his sons have totally refurbished our house. We are looking forward to moving back into what feels like a new build house. Very pleased that the work was completed on schedule.
