So I've been in carpentry since I left school and all other aspects of the building trade. Worked in some beautiful places doing first and second fix carpentry, maintenance and joinery and have good experience in site work private work and construction. Clear communication - Thomas provided frequent updates during the job including when costs increased slightly and over any small delays and changes to the work. . Excellent work completed - ramp from rear door was well constructed and perfect for what we needed. Clean and tidy - the team left everything tidy every day and jet-washed at the end of the job. Work was guaranteed for 6 months but water still coming in, not answering his phone, then he finally said he'd come & look, but didn't. Not happy with his manner. Has now said the current leak isn't from his work but hasn't even looked at it!!
