It's that time of year.roofing guttering and repair. I have 28 years experience in the building trade. I started out training as a stonemason which lead to general building and am qualified in both. Andrew was superb. We exchanged a few messages before he came to do the work, he always responded promptly and even offered to come to provide a temporary fix before he was free to carry out the actual job. Another job was cancelled, and he fitted my job in early even though it was his birthday. He did an excellent job of replacing my fence posts under difficult conditions and even went the extra mile in a couple of aspects. On top of this he comes across as a lovely bloke. 6 stars.

Hi, I have over a decade of experience with a previous employer and have now decided to become my own boss. Started primarily roofing as a labourer then progressed through to pitched roofing repairs, then full re roofs then onto flat roofing that I mainly specialized in for a number of years. Alongside finishing the whole look with cladding facias soffits and gutters. I'm currently a solo trader with an eye for detail and treat every job as it is being done on my own property, so it'll be me quoting and completing the work.

Response was quick. I paid £1200 which was rather expensive for a flat roof over bedroom. The leak returned after a week. Following several messages to repair as I was assured it was guaranteed. They did not return, I am now paying another company again. This has led to further damage given the weather.
Turned up when said they would, efficient service, hopefully the leaking gutter joints have been resolved.
