He was able to source the necessary parts and completed the repair on the Sunday morning although was willing to do this earlier. The boiler has been running very smoothly ever since. The job was never completed. I paid for the materials but Tom Edmonds never showed up on the arranged date and before that he could not complete the job because he was off sick with food poisoning.. I have chased several times but he is not replying. To this day, the job has not been completed and I haven't heard from him.
