The work was carried out as agreed to repair the leak on our flat roof. It was a good quote and reasonable cost. Both Jack and Nathan were professional and friendly. A receipt was given. Happy that a new down pipe has been fitted so that the water does not directly drain onto the flat roof which is good. :-) .

He used wrong timber for outside utility and other builders are shocked at the poor quality, with one saying it needs to be redone.. There are gaps where rain can get in from outside. The roof is leaking today because of heavy rain, despite him saying he's fixed it. DO NOT get convinced into letting him do any building work! Only plumbing.
