A quick, efficient and friendly set of guys. I had them in to clean and paint my mums fence, and then she asked them to do some jet washing and further painting around the garage. Richard is very polite and friendly. We had quite an overgrown back garden which was quite a big job. He came with his colleague and did the job completely thoroughly in a day, I mean they did every inch of the garden, very professional. It must have been really hard work and was a reasonable price for the work that was required. Everything was also cleared and taken away. We couldn't have asked for more. I'd been trying for well over a year to get someone to fix my solar panel array by removing a broken panel, and either nobody was interested in repair jobs and ghosted me, or they said expensive scaffolding would be needed. Happy with job overall, skilled caftmanship. After job issue: Glue has leaked onto door from frame and hardened until seen on day of instalation. Was advised it can be fixed and will attend to it when passing by. The rating will be changed once this is fixed or new door installed as I paid for new door. It is not my doing thaglue leaked.

Despite assuring me that he understood how to prune an apple tree, once the work started, it became very clear that William and his helper had no idea. I ended up with the tree a good outline shape but no effort had been made to reduce overlapping branches etc. that an experienced person would have been done. He continued to ignore my requests and we parted on very bad terms.
