A quick, efficient and friendly set of guys. I had them in to clean and paint my mums fence, and then she asked them to do some jet washing and further painting around the garage. All in all, great value for money. My mum was very happy with the work ethic and outcome. If she’s happy so I was very happy. We’ll definitely be calling them back in at a later date.

If i could have given half a star i would have. I was told that my work would have taken 5 days to complete we are now into our 3rd week and it is no way near finished. They were turning up at lunch time and leaving at 5 or starting at 11 and finishing at 2.15. So we got fed up with it and told them to leave. Would definitely not recommend

After 3 weeks of being let down and messed about by local roofers following Storm Eowyn, I posted on here and Colin got in touch. He made an appointment to come through, take a look and give a quote and he kept his word and arrived bang on time. He gave a good price and agreed to come and do the work in 2 days time, which he did, again bang on time and despite terrible weather, saving us from further water ingress that day. After struggling to get somebody to do this job Miller Property Maintenance contacted me and promptly arranged to view the job. they explained to me what needed done, quoted me a reasonable price and arranged to do the job in 2 days .By the time they came there were more panels down but they fitted them for the original price and secured other loose panels to prevent further damage. they carried out excellent work and kept me informed as to what they were doing .I would definitely use them again. .
