I’m really pleased with the work carried out here. The job was a basic boiler annual service but I found Yam to be easy and polite to converse with. He listened and understood what I wanted. His working method appears to be very clean, controlled, careful and efficient. I would absolutely hire Yam again and would not hesitate to recommend him to family, friends and neighbours. Terence delivered a great service in his taking out of the old and installing a new family bathroom. With it being an old house, Terence was faced with some unexpected challenges which he thought through how best to deal with these to make sure the end result was as we wanted. He took the time and the care to get things right, and was clear on what he was doing and the pricing. He was professional, reliable, clean and tidy and we now have a great bathroom.
