Quoted over £2k for a whole new shower. Turned out it was a leaky toilet which cost £80 to fix from someone else. Also kept taking calls whilst here making a point that it was “another customer” - really weird. Still had the audacity to ask if we wanted to pay for a new shower despite being told the toilet was leaking as was fixed. Crook.

Dave did a teriffic job clearing up my very overgrown garden and accomplished in just a few hours a job I had been ignoring for months. He was very prompt to reply to my posting and appeared in the garden just a couple of days later. He did such a good job he's coming back to build us a bike shed and sort out the flowerbeds. Ken came to do some tiling in my kitchen. When he arrived there was a bigger problem The previous builder had messed the wall up .but Ken put it right .He did a good job. Would definitely recommend him.
Attended promptly but did not conplete all the work I asked for. Just changed a fuse and replaced a light switch. When I asked him to return to complete the work he was very reluctant to do so.
Perfect job, would definately ask Bay-Group to do work for us again.
