Very happy with the work Mosaic did. They did 2 bathroom makeovers, they were let down by a tile supplier which delayed our timetable but in general the team were good to work with, focussed, and listened to what we wanted. Also very helpful on design, selection of materials, and adjusting for problems discovered when ripping out the old bathrooms. I would be happy to recommend and use them again.

Not cheap but - Came when said, identified correct roof failure (not a pot, rather lead flashing - so professional ie. didn’t uplift job), good communication, fixed when said they would and swiftly … and so far after some very heavy rain. It appears they “fixed my roof”. Plus a ten year guarantee. So you get what you pay for I guess. Hence 5 star.

We asked them to lay a laminate floor downstairs which required them to repair the floorboards, level the floor and fit laminate. They completed the job on time and on budget and to a high standard. They were very polite and considerate and tidied up each day. We would recommend them.

We had a great experience with OL & Edward. Livia was amazing and very persistent in finding the perfect replacement for our sink. We were trying to replace a broken sink with an identical version. Our sink had a very particular design and had been discontinued in the early 2000s, but Livia did not stop until she found the exact replacement. John, the plumber who did the replacement did an excellent job, and he was fast, clean and very professional. Highly recommend and would use again!

Andrey and his team did a very thorough job. My roof needed all tiles lifting, membrane and battens replacing and lead flashing installing around three roof windows as well as the roof ridge. Work was completed in three days. There was a minor leak around one window but this was quickly dealt with the next day with some modifications to the lead flashing. I highly recommend this company for roof repairs.
