George and his team are experienced builders, replaced my front door with a custom frame/sidelights and raising the floor level in the hallway quite quickly - in fact, they were the only who came next day, gave a quote straightaway and were ready to start in just couple of days. They also had all the necessary tools and materials, were ready to buy something additional quickly on the day - if further adjustments were required to fit everything as I asked. George Bell came to work on some damp related issues in my flat in feb. since having completed the works the problems which first occurred have turned worse and George has been unwilling to get back in contact with me, despite chasing him for 5 months which only reaffirms that the job was poorly undertaken. Took 4 months to repair water damage to living room ceiling. Small damp testing holes left unfilled in walls. After 6 months they are either unable or unwilling to give me the value of the insurance claim for me to get new policy quotes. Regretfully I cannot recommend using this company.

Would give 4.5/5.0 stars if I could Job involved full rewiring, suspended ceilings, splitting storage area into 4 smaller ones - I'm very happy with those Most things went pretty well, but there were few things why I can't give full 5 stars, primarily: * There was some miscommunication between Michael and the electricians * While Michael was sick with Covid-19, some of his junior's work quality was not as good. * Few things were missed, but I DIY'd it. Will definitely contact Michael for future jobs.

Loads of promise only...very low quality will not recommend to anybody. The value for money turn to be local avarage. Plaster is already coming off the wall and have loads of cracks.
