Dan and his colleague built a rather large red brick wall for me which I am very pleased with. They were fast, tidy and efficient. They were also able to give advise on the best way to finish off the top of the wall. Secondly, they used the right mix of cement and lime to continue with the same colour mortar. They were also able to calculate exactly the quantity of bricks, cement etc. I would need so therefore there was very little wastage. I would definitely use them again.

Ivan has exceeded all expectations on the repointing of our house. He turned up at 8.00am every day untill the job was finished. He cleaned up every night before he left so his area was spotless. Also my next door neighbour was so impressed he hired him to do the same job on his house which has lead to two more jobs on our street. He better hurry because I want him back working for me on other jobs. A true find, hardworking, polite and above all he has an extreame level off pride in what he does.

Do not be fooled by Stephen's laid back nature and quite approach, the structural building work we asked him to undertake was, once agreed, carried out to the letter, completed on time, to a very high standard and within budget. We would not hesitate using Stephen again for any building work.

Graham and his lads were great. Would highly recommend for your building works. Was always open book about costs and plan of action, spoke on the phone regularly and was always easy to get hold of to give you that piece of mind. Full kitchen extension 5m x 3m from start to finish. Trusted with access to the property and never had any issues.

I can thoroughly recommend John. He expertly fitted six oak veneer doors for me and did an excellent job overcoming the challenges of my door frames, none of which were square and precisely vertical. The contractor gave excellent advise.He always turned up on time and the work was completed to schedule . During the work various minor various modifications were needed these were discussed in full and solutions found his knowledge and experience most useful. Once finished there was one minor problem which was quickly solved at no extra cost I am very pleased with the work carried out in terms of finish and cost. I would use Hackett Property Services again and am happy to recommend them.

I found Jason on rated people, he was always friendly, professional and punctual. He has completely refitted my bathroom to a fabulous standard, Jason is a perfectionist in every aspect of his work, and always leaves his work clean and tidy. He made suggestions that I hadn't thought of which improved the finished look of the bathroom and brought the project in on budget. I would recommend him completely.
