Catalin was meticulous with his measuring. He worked tirelessly and came back at night the following day to finish the job because it rained on the Sunday afternoon so we were unable to finish. The slabs have been laid perfectly. He was smart and methodical in his approach to paving the tiles. The end result looks great and just as I'd hoped for. Reliable. Tidy. Accurate. And a fair price. Dan fitted some doors for us - despite the job being trickier than expected he wrapped it up in good time and cam back promptly to complete when it had to overrun slightly.

Nigel, came to quote and sent his man Peter to do the work. All I can say is that I'll always use these guys for any carpentery in the future. Peter was amazing, very high quality work, helpful, nothing was a problem or an issue. Brilliant 'can do' attitude . A rare find and not too expensive.

Exceptional service. Lee came to quote same day, was charming and polite and understood the job and my budget requirements instantly, starting work promptly the following week painting my entire flat in time for rental viewings. He collected and returned the keys to a different address for my convienicenc, sourced the paint and communications were faultless the whole way through. And the finished product is excellent. Lee is brilliant and I will absolutely be using Intelligent Property Developments again.

Luke was so easy to communicate with and was even able to bring the job forward by one day and take into consideration it was my wife's birthday!, 100 percent recommended by us and he is already sorting out a quote for the next job required by us, so nice to be able to give a really positive rating as there is definitely nothing negative about this guys work, thanks again Luke about the advice for the fridge clip, I think we have sorted it!

Amazing job from Chris and his team. Prompt quotation and reply to questions from Chris; Lee and team on site were always on time, friendly, professional, taking the time to explain what they were doing. They thought of and provided everything. When you're busy, it's simply amazing not to have to do or worry about anything! Came back next day morning due to leak but fixed it quickly and came back afternoon to double-check. Great customer service. Final bill matching quote. Would highly recommend.

Kane and Caleb did a great job removing a 15ft high and 7' thick leylandii hedge and replacing it with a close boarded fence. They did exactly what Kane said he would and at the price agreed. His price was very competitive and I would certainly use him again for future work.

Excellent tradesman, discussed options, Ben sourced the rail we wanted and fit the new rail quickly and efficiently making good where required after removing and disposing of the old rail. Excellent quality of work and exceeded all expectations.

The quality of professionalism and workmanship excellent. [COMPANY_NAME] are on permanent loan to me now, having completed the shower tiling repair, kitchen and utility area floor plus a brick raised bed in the garden! In the future Dave is going to provide quotes for a bedroom fitted wardrobe and re- plastering the lounge/dining walls. Nigel was very quick in coming round to give us a quote and gave good advice on what would look good.
