I was confident in David's professionalism from his first visit to assess the job. He was knowledgeable and reassuring in his approach. Thomas was very polite, straightforward and clear about what he was going to do. He let me know how he was going to do the job and when. I would definitely ask him to do further jobs for me in the future.

Matthew overcharged for materials. He told me he paid £40 at Screwfix for the spikes. I was shocked and asked for a copy of the receipt but he didn't provide it. I did pay him in cash for the work then checked the price at Screwfix. The cost is £29.99 not £40. As a result, I cannot recommend him.

Matt & Rich completed our conversation on time and at a good price. They solved any issues that arose without a problem. We have since employed them again to complete a refurbishment on our holiday home. Would certainly recommend them to anyone.

Actually, didn't do the job I posted on Rated people, but carried out other work for me. This was to a good enough standard that I have asked to be quoted on getting more work done along the lines of what was ordinarily asked for.
