Driveway completed. Recently had flooding in the house and were told by the Insurance Company and a couple of independent Builders that the Driveway was fitted above the DPC Course and should have been installed below the DPC course. Contacted Ned who advised that we should get a new Driveway even though the mistake is his. After chatting with Ned further he said he would come and have a look and come to an amicable agreement. Unfortunately till today Ned has not shown up. I have messaged him a few times.

Payment is only due once the job is finished and payment method via Bacs transfer or Cheque. We provide garden maintenance, specifically for residential customers. Our gardeners all have cordless tools and equipment, years of experience and take pride in leaving every garden looking its best. We can provide a free, SAME DAY quote for gardening and if you wish to proceed, we can arrange a visit within 48H hours. How do we work? 1. When you need a gardener you contact us and make a booking for a gardener. 2. Gardener attends your garden, completes all the work you request. 3. The next day you receive a gardening bill for the exact amount of time that the gardener spent with you. The ceiling was painted but the staining re-appeared. The painter agreed to come back but failed to turn up on two occasions. I will make other arrangements to get the job finished, and I will not be using rated people again, as two bad experiences are enough, particularly as i have only tried twice!

He quoted £100,000 to do the job in 6 weeks & promised it would be stress free, At 12 weeks in He was told I no longer wanted him to complete the job as I received an electric shock from a socket that was left as a bare cable protruding from the wall. He blamed everybody else then fired the only two decent builders as he held them responsible. Even though I had paid the third stage payment a day previous, I was too distressed and my health was declining due to the anxiety and stress he had caused. Avoid!!
