Had a toilet installed, and despite a couple of teething problems with a couple of the fixings, have to give 5 star for the quality of the service, the punctuality, communication and time management. The communication was great before, during and after the work was done. Then, this is the most important thing for me, when Marcel said he would be here on both occasions at a certain time, he was here at that time, I can't say how surprising that is from my experience of hiring trades folks. Jobs I undertake are general handyman job like electrical, plumbing, central heating, power flushing central heating, painting decorating,kitchen and bathroom refit, fencing and groundworks. You can really do just about anything! How I normally charge is call out charge of £100 this covers the first hour then £50 an hour thereafter plus materials/ parking. Some services are charged at a different rate for example: emergency call out and weekend rate is normally higher rate. • power flush to central heating system charge is £450 including all chemicals and inhibitor to the system this covers six radiators any more than 6 radiators there is an extra charge at £100 per radiator extra .
