Shocking work. We paid £3,400 for a brand new bathroom with new flooring throughout the home and this builder James Baker who runs under various business names from J W to The Dark Spark electrical in Spalding has destroyed the bathroom and his so called friends have placed a worthless and extremely shoddy bad job. A 5 year old could do better. We are now taking legal action after a flooding, no work for 2 weeks and wall panels that are such a bad job we have to get a new bathroom fitted.

We are Solar Technicians. Not pest control experts or window cleaners. We have the knowledge and experience when it involves installing or maintaining your Solar Panels. You wouldn’t want a brick layer working of your solar panels, would you? All our work comes with a Workmanship Guarantee and we are covered by our Public liability insurance. We do not use any chemicals or treatment to clean the solar panels and our specialist equipment protects the ARC on the face of the solar panels. Using the wrong equipment could be detrimental to your solar panels. We only use the highest standard of materials for Solar Bird Protection and the correct equipment for carrying out Solar Panel Cleans. Hence why pest control experts stuff chicken wire under the Solar Panels & window cleaners get poor results when they attempt to clean the Solar Panels from the ground with a soft bristle brush. We will be gaining access to the roof without scaffolding, which keeps the cost down and also using the correct equipment to clean the panles that will remove the build up of Lichen, Algae & any pollen / dust whilst still protecting the ARC on the face of the solar panels. We would advise a solar clean once a year, anymore is not necessary. If you wish to have both services completed at the same time, we would be happy to offer a discount. HORRENDOUS experience. Sadly Phil is not a bathroom fitter and I now need to pay someone else to fix the problems he has left me with. I was bullied into paying in full, and left the bathroom with holes in the walls, uneven tiles, rotten bricks, leaking grout and an extractor that’s not pulling. I have asked Phil to return and fix the problems and get given excuse after excuse. I asked him to return some money to cover the cost of getting things fixed, not a penny returned. I am now left out of pocket.

the worst job ever i have seen i hired anthony as a professional to do some finishing touches on venetian plaster but he didnt do it he took a deposit then he disappeared for three weeks telling stories that he was sick or he didn't have time when he finally came to do the job he did it even worse than before came with one can of filler and made my walls a ugly color arguing that they couldn't be done better didn't return the deposit! i don't recommend it to anyone, do not pay deposit this person

The job appeared to go well and the new shower cubicle was well designed and fitted. However, the installer did not call back to check as he had promised. I understand that he was not well at the time following the installation, but it is now 4 months since we heard anything. There were a couple of finishing jobs not done (sealant etc) and some expensive tools left, which are still waiting to be collected.

Durrant did an excellent job in removing wall panels, toilet and radiator in our toilet under the stair in order for damp problems to be fixed. He then reinstalled the toilet and radiator. He also fixed the skirting board in the hallway. All jobs done to high standard and cleaned up after was thorough.. Price was competitive. we would use his service again and recommend him to friends and family.
