The job was never completed. I paid for the materials but Tom Edmonds never showed up on the arranged date and before that he could not complete the job because he was off sick with food poisoning.. I have chased several times but he is not replying. To this day, the job has not been completed and I haven't heard from him. Advised (quite correctly) I needed a survey prior to board replacement. This was scheduled and quickly carried out in a professional and thorough manner. Verbally advised of report content at the 9end of survey and received written report and quote for work shortly after. Only issue is that after the accepting quote on 16th Nov and chasing on 22nd Nov, there has been no communication in response to carrying out the work.

Bradley was personable and knowledgeable. He spent over 30 minutes talking to use about the project and making suggestions, this was in a free quote situation so he didn't know he would get the job. Once we confirmed we would like him to do the work, he arrived as scheduled with one other worker, and they had the job done in the time indicated. We were so impressed we booked him in to do some further work a couple of weeks later, and we are thrilled with the final result. Will definitely use again.
