I have provided a phone number in the chat. A £8000 job falling apart in less than a year is really poor work. It would be great if fixed by yourselves. At least you are saying 10 years guarantee here on line.

The first new kitchen we have had fitted and I would highly recommend Dave and his team at The Yorkshire Kitchen Company. From initial contact to completion the focus was always to make sure that we were totally happy every step of the way. With their wealth of experience we were guided through the options available and never felt under pressure to make a decision. Jack was fantastic. Brilliant communication regarding what I wanted and a really reasonable rate. Jack turned up when he said he would and worked quickly and efficiently and tidied up at the end of each day. Really friendly guy who I trusted to be leave at my flat to get on with the job. Jack fitted flooring and skirting for me and made sure I was happy with the materials and finishes he picked up. I’d recommend Jack and will be getting him back to do more jobs for me, I’m sure. Found on Rated People. Bathroom was fitted to a seemingly good standard and as expected, but over a week later a mark appeared on the kitchen ceiling this became bigger their was a leak coming from the new bathroom. Whilst issue was resolved, this puts a question mark over the quality of the workmanship. The water marks on the ceiling needed sorting this lead to a painter and plasterer visiting, but the painter expected the paint to have been dropped off, it wasn’t. Months later the job remains not done.

George Bell came to work on some damp related issues in my flat in feb. since having completed the works the problems which first occurred have turned worse and George has been unwilling to get back in contact with me, despite chasing him for 5 months which only reaffirms that the job was poorly undertaken. The company main reception also seems to be a virtual reception so you can never speak with anyone helpful

We had our concrete driveway extended and drainage added due to this sloping towards our property. This was completed as required,in the time period discussed and I would recommend them to others.

Do not use this trader. I have used Wayne in the past and he completed the job as quoted. Re-booked again this Easter to supply and fit carpet. He took the cash (over £1000) and we have been unable to contact him since. Currently going through small claims to try and get our money back.

Unfortunately, over 12 months into the project, it is still not finished. There were a few circumstances outside of Tom's influence, but the delay's have been accompanied by repeated lies about finalising the project, and poor quality of the work that has been done.

Adrian ( Home Plumbing Solutions) attended my house at short notice to quote for what I thought was a cartridge issue with shower. He examined the shower and in his opinion only 2 years old it was running ok. It was decided to leave it at the moment and if the problem re occurs, should be able to change the cartridge or investigate further. Very impressed with his professionalism and willingness to attend late on a Sat afternoon. I would definitely contact Home Plumbing Solutions with future issues.
