Had issues with main distribution board to trip every time using washing machine. Unable to locale the fault. Lewis called in response to our query and arrived as promised. Located the fault firstly one of the switch in distribution fuse box was not working. He changed faulty switch to an available switch. Also tested and isolated the fault. Fault wasn’t in fuse box, washing machine had fault which is to replaced. Will recommend Lewis for his professional approach.

My stop cock started leaking alarmingly at 3 am on a cold January night. The Thames Water shutoff valve was not compatible with my shutoff bar, so I was unable to shut off the water from the street. I posted the job at 4am, had contact from Leo by 5:30. He arrived at 7:45am, shut off the water at the street, replaced the stop cock, checked for dryness, and put the water back on. What a relief. It was not cheap, but cheaper than my excess on a water damage claim. Speed was more important than cost.
