Finished off and fixed a patio where the original people had left the job unfinished, and added an additional section, that frankly looked way better than the existing work. Total waste of £200 and my time. I advertised to have my EICR done, Sean came on the day as agreed. However he couldn’t issue certificate as there were some small fixes to be done. He couldn’t do it on a day and arranged to come back in a couple of days, to finish the job but never showed up. Then said again, he will be couple days later but never made it. Now he is not even replying. I already paid for certificate I didn’t get and after waiting for over a week I have to pay someone else to do it.
Terrible job left grout all over tiles which has now dried in had to get him back the nxt day slightly better job hopefull bath is sealed. Think I should get my money back will NEVER use him again forvthis type of job.

Big gaps in flooring now. His colleague left kitchen skirting uneven and broken. Avoiding calls to repair even after repeated contacts. Will not recommend because he failed to deliver quality finish.
