He is a very affable fellow and will take time to go through the work in a very detailed manner, therefore leaving you at ease that he will do a professional job. Advised (quite correctly) I needed a survey prior to board replacement. This was scheduled and quickly carried out in a professional and thorough manner. Verbally advised of report content at the 9end of survey and received written report and quote for work shortly after. Only issue is that after the accepting quote on 16th Nov and chasing on 22nd Nov, there has been no communication in response to carrying out the work.

Homecraft UK Ltd were of no help with general gardening by their own admission although that was what I had requested. However they did contract to clean, repair and renew the guttering and replace and fix any broken and missing roof tiles. This they did with great thoroughness and attention to detail, and made a really good job, although I thought the price was high. Having said that, they went the extra mile to ensure a good job.
