Steve came out to take a gas fire out but ended up helping me take out the entire facia and hearth. He was a really nice guy and was very conscientious about the work he was doing explaining why he was doing it and making sure I was happy throughout. Started to fit wrong sink unit , Blaimed supplier.Connected hot to cold ! Cold to hot! Did-not secure pipe work!Promised to fix! Sent voice mails texts etc no reply!
