Mark has just completed an install of a new combi boiler for me. From start to finish he has advised me on options and things to be aware of, Quote was competitive and fair and easy to arrange. On the day, Mark turned up on time got on with the job even in the freezing weather! He was clean and tidy throughout and kept me informed of how things were going, Pleasure to have around. Not a great experience. New shower tray walk in shower fitted for disabled parent. Returned to find a very poor job. Not sealed around the tray, along the trim and sealant on panels at the top missing and incomplete. Black scuff marks left on the ceiling. Root cause identified that the trader uses contractors for some parts and clearly doesn't inspect their work therefore had to withhold payment (although pressured on email to pay) to make sure it was put right. Most rectified I'll complete sealing.
