Fantastic company to use. Rob called round the day after I posted the job to quote it. He then was very quick with the price. He fitted the radiator exactly when he said he would and even worked around me keep changing my mind! I will definitely keep his number for any future work I need.

Graham and Dave have completed my job in full and to a really high standard. The quote given was competitive and no unforeseen extras added. They left the work area clean and tidy. I would recommend Cheslett Property Maintenance and I will hopefully be using them soon to complete my project.

I am so pleased with the work done by Dean and his team. I really cannot fault him, the bathroom looks amazing, and he went above and beyond to ensure everything was working perfectly. I have already recommended him to some of my friends, and will definitely use him in the future for any plumbing jobs.

I received a call from kevin immediately after I placed the ad. He came at the time he said he would and charged the price agreed on the phone. Kevin was v professional and courteous. I am getting him back to do additional work. I highly recommend kevin. Its refreshing to meet someone who is skilled and as professional as kevin and charges at a reasonable rate.

I have used many builders over the years and am pleased to recommend theses guys. The standard of workmanship was 1st class you received a full days work they left everyday making sure the site was tidy and were pleased to offer advise in order to obtain the best results. Pricing was on the mark and considering how hard they worked gave very good value for money. 2 Guys worked really hard to do the jobs wanted. Took longer than I expected,therefore was more expensive than I had budgeted for, but until they come and see the job its hard to estimate a price. Overall I was very happy with the work and would definatly use them again
