I cannot speak too highly of his conduct and willingness throughout and can strongly recommend him.

Ryan and his assistant were lovely. Ryan was very flexible when the job changed slightly. There were some awkward and heavy removals which Ryan dealt with carefully and everything was completed to my satisfaction. Would recommend.

Over all, an excellent job was done although due to poor weather, a three day job became a three week one. Several unseen problems became apparent during this work, but everything was explained and reasons given for delays / further expense. Time keeping wasn’t great as on many occasions they’d arrive after 09:00 and would have gone by 16:00 at the latest. However, very satisfied with the result.
So I've been in carpentry since I left school and all other aspects of the building trade. Worked in some beautiful places doing first and second fix carpentry, maintenance and joinery and have good experience in site work private work and construction. I have lots of photos of my work and a full professional 18 volt toolkit so no need for leads trailing all over your property. I'm very polite and hard working and I'm looking to win jobs on here as a way of building my company and gaining clients through reputation. SMK turned up promptly after I posted the leaking bathroom ceiling following Storm Ciaran last November. The roof repair/ceiling work was agreed to be no more than £15,800. The scaffolding went up but within 48 hrs they discovered rotten wood under the tiles and the quote doubled another £15k. They demanded the extra money but after £8,450 I called a halt. They said they had replaced the woodwork but there are woodworm visible rafters. The guttering and ceilings are incomplete.
