I posted photos of my job and recieved a quote via text straight away. When I made contact to book the job they came the following day at the agreed time and the guy that came was fantastic. I was able to leave him to it while I carried on sorting through in the house. I only had to assist with the slightly heavier items which was my choice I even helped the guy out at the end as he had done a fantastic job by himself up to that point. I've had over 10 years experience. Jobs I undertake are general handyman job like electrical, plumbing, central heating, power flushing central heating, painting decorating,kitchen and bathroom refit, fencing and groundworks. You can really do just about anything! How I normally charge is call out charge of £100 this covers the first hour then £50 an hour thereafter plus materials/ parking. Some services are charged at a different rate for example: emergency call out and weekend rate is normally higher rate. • power flush to central heating system charge is £450 including all chemicals and inhibitor to the system this covers six radiators any more than 6 radiators there is an extra charge at £100 per radiator extra .
