This rating is for the refurbishment of downstairs cloakroom, ensuite and main bathrooms. This included replacing bathroom suites, new ceilings with light and ventilation fans, full tiling and laminate floors. Probably not the cheapest but the work was completed to a high standard and all tradesmen were pleasant and understood our requirements.

He made a very challenging job look easy and did some extra things for me that weren’t included in the quote, without charging extra. When I asked questions via text as I wasn’t there he got quite aggressive and said he was offended that I would a question his work. Latest text was to say he would remove all the materials installed a dump waste back at house. Not vey helpful. All I am asking for is evidence things have been done. Could have said a lot more but it’s not worth it
