I wouldn't? recommend this firm as they promise to give you a disc containing still and moving pictures of your drains but they don't appear to know how to operate their camera. Consequently I only received a disc containing corrupted files, and when they re-took images of my drains i did not receive a file at all. And when I queried if a section of the relined drains was properly sealed they failed to return to my house. I recommend anyone not to part with any money until completely satisfied.

All tested working afterwards. I honestly could not fault him, he even fixed my noisy toilet cistern with a single touch! Also gave some advice on other projects we have planned. Tom was a nice guy who came and undercut a quote I had from another ratedpeople person. When he came, he only did half of what he agreed (although I wasn't there to OK it before he left). When I asked him to come back to finish it, he agreed, but then took ages to come back. He then came back for a few hours and said he would come back again, which he never did. He then invoiced me for the full quote. So overall, not very impressed on reliability. His actual work was OK/messy.
