Phil was a very honest, pleasant and likeable guy. I explained my requirements but he suggested an alternative that does not require the services of an electrician. He effectively talked himself out of a job this time, but I will certainly keep his details for any future electrical work that I require.

He made a very challenging job look easy and did some extra things for me that weren’t included in the quote, without charging extra. Wanted two new internal doors hanging and two cupboard doors re hanging. The two new doors were badly fitted and the re fit of the cupboard doors is abysmal. Will get a reputable joiner to re do the job.

I completed a City and Guilds apprenticeship when I first started in 2008. I am an inspector and tester so can faultfind, rectify and commission electrical systems.
Sadly we arranged a day, no show, no contact nothing. I left a message (just one) asking to let me know if he was still coming. No response. Next day I received a message very early, no explanation, no apology! It wasn’t convenient for the job to be done the following day. Having discussed this in initial contact. Communication is key and when there is none confidence in the person goes. I was worried about the distance but was assured that it wasn’t an issue! Very disappointing experience.?
