Simon and Lewis were excellent to work with - positive demeanors, friendly and very tidy. They resolved a few unexpected issues with the re-wire without complaint and without quoting for the additional work. They were also quicker than expected. I am very happy with Richard, he was polite, informative, reliable as he turned up on time. Attention to detail, as he measured everything twice to make sure it was correct. He even tidied up after himself. The lights look amazing and the extra socket he added is a godsend as I've used it twice already. I'd certainly recommend Richard. Not very happy. The company (Paul) didnt finish the job and I had to pay out more than I had withheld (£50) to another tradesman to complete the job. The work that was completed was satisfactory but in view of the job not being finished cannot rate them well. Also never got my keys back despite numerous pleas. Not reliable at all.
