Jay arrived early for the appointment and did an excellent job and was really good to talk to about what I needed. One light fitting wasn’t easy due to a plaster moulding, but he found the right way to achieve what was needed. He worked quickly and I’m very pleased with the work.

He was able to identify the problem straight away from my description and photo, quickly ordered the parts needed and then came to fix the lighting two days later. He was very professional and a good communicator. He also carried out some safety checks in the rest of the downstairs area which was above and beyond what I had asked. Highly recommended!

The lights went out in the kitchen. I contacted Micheal who arrived on time as arranged, he located the first issue and repaired and then saw an extension lead that was getting wet, he fitted a socket on the wall. He ensured that the fuse box was working at full capacity. I found Micheal to be very professional and friendly, good communication on work carried out, explained in layman terms. Left the area clean and tidy. I would definitely contact Micheal for any future work.
