I would highly recommend Dan. My kitchen sink was blocked and it turned out not to be a simple blockage. He had to get to the pipework under my bath (not easy because of wooden panelling) and lower the pipe as it was bowed and drill through the wall and reconnect the outside pipe. Although complex the job required special tools Malaki was able to remove heavy tv mount from wall and refix in better position. He also caulked over empty holes to polish off properly.
