Russell attended the site (my home) to discuss the options and provided a prompt and very fair quote which I accepted. The job, (quite significant taking 2 days) was carried out by Jamie and Chris a short while later. They were always very friendly, organised and clean - the work was excellent. OVER A YEAR LATER, and a couple of the lights had stopped working and I contacted Russell. Within 2 days, everything sorted with no charge for the new lights or the service. sadly did a very bad job on a simple shelf job. A nail Went through the wall, he dropped something resulting in skirting board damage, shelves were wonky, shelves had massive nails in creating holes that were far too big for the wall, nails falling out of the massive holes. Still wasn’t fixed despite getting him back again for a 2nd visit. We managed to get £60 of the £260 back but never got a ‘sorry’. Have had a professional round now to fix everything but there are still holes in the wall you can see.

I've had over 10 years experience. Jobs I undertake are general handyman job like electrical, plumbing, central heating, power flushing central heating, painting decorating,kitchen and bathroom refit, fencing and groundworks. You can really do just about anything! How I normally charge is call out charge of £100 this covers the first hour then £50 an hour thereafter plus materials/ parking. Some services are charged at a different rate for example: emergency call out and weekend rate is normally higher rate. • power flush to central heating system charge is £450 including all chemicals and inhibitor to the system this covers six radiators any more than 6 radiators there is an extra charge at £100 per radiator extra .
