Luke's work was subpar; I strongly discourage hiring him. Initially, we agreed on rewiring my 3-bedroom house, but he misplaced the fuse box and made errors with switches and sockets. Despite paying 93%, issues remain, and promises to fix them went unfulfilled, leaving me with substantial costs to rectify the errors.

The electrician did not install a grade A smoke detection system as requested in the title of the job. Instead he installed a grade D system which I only found out after the property failed a fire risk assessment for my HMO. I have tried contacting the electrician a number of times to rectify the issue but received no response at all. Very poor. I now have to pay again to rectify the job.

Tried to overcharge me by £120 over the quoted price and when I refused to pay the extra he got very aggressive threatening and abusive. Didn’t find the fault & waste of money.unprofessional and unskilled. Have text from him telling me I am an f’ing idiot.

Steve called immediately and arranged for someone to come and look at the job. I then had a no obligation quote. There was no pressure just honest information. I was kept informed and made aware of what could be done. They were both very polite and did not rush off for the next job. They asked if I was happy with everything before leaving. I would recommend this company and will have them back in the future for further work.

From calling to arriving was within a few days. The blown light transformers were fixed very quickly. It took a few weeks before paperwork for the electrical safety arrived. But everything we asked for was done.

Imer recently helped me remove old kitchen cabinets and a light rail and install new ones. He was super professional throughout the whole project, promptly responded to all my emails / texts and went above and beyond to make sure the job was to a high standard. Demetri fully read and understood my request before calling me with a quote - which made the call really easy. He was also the most competitively priced. There isn’t enough space on here to describe how happy I am and stress free Rob and his team made the process. I had a major extension to the rear and side of the home which meant I wasn't able to use the bottom area of my home at all. I have been in property development for 15 years and I have dealt with excellent tradesmen as well as bad tradesmen. I can categorically say that Shawn is one of the best tradesmen I have dealt with. He provided me with very competitive quote, completed job when he said he would and his finish is brilliant. His way of dealing with customers is clam and professional.He did not ask me for penny upfront and all was paid after he invoiced me having finished the job.
