This is the first time I have used this site and must say I am extremely pleased with the result. Michael arrived as promised, tested my appliance and resolved my problem for less than the price of his petrol I would have thought. I would definitely use Michael again and would would highly recommend him to anyone else. Thank you.

Joe did a great job responded quick and gave a estimate that was reasonably priced came on time worked extremely hard in very cold conditions to get job done very efficient and reliable

Thinks outside of the box and is happy to work with clients on a step by step basis. Gave very helpful advice on the phone when the a circuit failed due to a previous owners bad wiring. Highly recommended.

Graham and Dave have completed my job in full and to a really high standard. The quote given was competitive and no unforeseen extras added. They left the work area clean and tidy. I would recommend Cheslett Property Maintenance and I will hopefully be using them soon to complete my project.

I have used many builders over the years and am pleased to recommend theses guys. The standard of workmanship was 1st class you received a full days work they left everyday making sure the site was tidy and were pleased to offer advise in order to obtain the best results. Pricing was on the mark and considering how hard they worked gave very good value for money.
