I usually don't write opinions about engineers, but this time I have to write it. I highly do not recommend this engineer because he is not professional in what he does. Shortly after posting the ad, he called me and said he was ready to take on the task. Now I know why He had plenty of time. Because nobody wants him to do their job. We had a set day and time to start work and he didn't show up at all that day.I resigned from his service and wrote that I was dissatisfied. It cost me a lot of wasted time.

Jacques came to install a shower screen and fix a light. Within hours, the shower screen fell and shattered because he failed to anchor it correctly. The light he fixed now only turns on but won’t turn off. Despite multiple calls from me and my tenants, he’s ignoring all contact. His high rating is misleading and possibly manipulated. Based on my experience, I strongly advise against using him. And because of him, i dot think i want to use rated people anymore
