I hired Tomasz to renovation my shower room. He removed old fittings, ran new plumbing and tiled the wall. However, he scratched my new unit, put paint on my bare wood door frame, put the shower up squint, fitted tile trim with silicon, left holes in the wall, built a pipe box too big, covered it with ugly correx, lost screws to fasten the towel rail to the wall so it's loose, and left it leaking, and installed tray in wrong place in shower. I had to undo much of his work and finish the job myself. :-(

Gave me a quote, then changed saying i had told him i wanted the tiles taken down & replacing with cladding. Asked a few times for money upfront. Still waiting for an invoice & guarentee . Again asked a number of times but it's a no show. Didnt turn up a couple of times. Making the very unreliable. Looking for new builder now to do the back

Wayne done a great job of our Livingroom and Hallway. There was a couple of little bits missed which Wayne came back the next day and fixed and then checked in again a few days later to make sure it dried ok and we were happy with everything. Left the house very tidy when they finished and were very pleasant. I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again for future work.

The job was so much more difficult than any of us expected and had become dangerous so I needed urgent help. Luckily Mc Neil Property Services were ready and able to take it on at short notice. You need to see the pictures and the job was for screeding. I had dug up the floor in the areas that were not level. You did not even hack of the old bumps and that’s just showing through. The self levelling was not spread every where and the floor is uneven not sure what point off paying £1500 was if I was going to get an uneven floor. After a day I had paid you £1100 and you were very aggressive in requesting difference. Paid you in full and the floor is bad there are cracks and stuff.
