Tomasz refurbished our main bathroom and downstairs toilet. Job was done on time, when agreed and the cost was reasonable for the work carried out. We discovered water damage behind our bath, which was unknown, and Tomasz replaced the damaged wall and we agreed a reasonable price for this. Really pleased with the outcome and finish, would highly recommend if you're looking to hire and would use then again.

The job was so much more difficult than any of us expected and had become dangerous so I needed urgent help. Luckily Mc Neil Property Services were ready and able to take it on at short notice. Available to do the job quickly, arrived at agreed time. Consulted at regular intervals to ensure progress was as required. Didn’t pressure into doing extra jobs for more money (not always the case). A good team who were all pleasant and friendly. Left the garden as neat and tidy as was possible. Happy with outcome, would use again.
I am a start up company. I have completed all aspects of painting and decorating which includes and not limited to -varnishing and glossing -emulsion -lining and papering -Ames taping -stain blocking and mould treatment - fences, cladding, render, sash and case windows, facia and soffits. We used these guys to do a lot of work in our house over the last 6 months. Most of the work has been excellent. There were a number of issues with our hallway that caused delays of over 6 weeks and cost us financially, some we feel are issues they could have foreseen and mitigated but didn’t, hence the 3 stars.
