Gave me a quote, then changed saying i had told him i wanted the tiles taken down & replacing with cladding. Asked a few times for money upfront. Still waiting for an invoice & guarentee . Robert did an exceptional job for us painting our new staircase banister and handrail in the middle of an ongoing house renovation. He advised me on what paints and varnishes would work best, and detailed the preparation work. The finish looked professional and the varnished handrail came out great. Robert was able to work around our ongoing project and even accommodated us at short notice.
