Steve came out to quote the very next day. He juggled round jobs to get mine in which was fantastic. He was very friendly without making you feel uncomfortable. Has a great demeanour which for a lady alone and the very very wrong side of 21 is very important. I asked a lot of questions all answered without hesitation. He is very passionate about his job and company which showed in the results. Well done guys. Would use you again and recommend you all again without hesitation.

Simon has exceeded all expectations, there was quick initial contact and a detailed quote. The work performed was exceptional, problem solving, clean and professional work. Dave and Andy did I great job of my bathroom refurbishment. Really helpful guys who went out of their way to make sure the bathroom was done how I wanted, including doing several things not originally agreed on (moving towel rail, building a fitted self behind bath, extra light fitting; not small jobs!). Finish looks amazing, tiling is really spot on and they were really friendly. They also did a very good job of tidying up after. Would definitely use again.

Was told that 2+ people would be working on the job and only 1 turned up. Asked for 2 coats and received one. Will not be using again and can not recommend.

The guy's did an excellent job refurbishing my house. From the new bathroom, Kitchen, painting, plastering etc.... No job was out of there reach, i wouldn't hesitate to use them on my next project.

They turned up on time every day, worked 7 days a week to get the job done, listened to what I wanted. They cleaned up after themselves every day and just worked constantly throughout the day.The price quoted was very competitive. I would definately use them again. The job that I had done was a complete bathroom refurbishment and roof repair.

Used for a complete freestanding bathroom overhaul. Couldn't ask for a better builder. Exceeded our expectations and a lovely guy to deal with. Will definitely use him again.

It was a pleasure to have Sam install our bathroom. Nothing was too much trouble and he even called 2 days before the start date to check all was OK and proceeded to fit a new gate valve to enable me to disconnect the old suite. He also collected bathroom fittings for us to save a 30 mile round trip. He worked hard on the installation to finish it as soon as possible but maintained a very high quality of finish. He made suggestions to improve the final appearance which were very welcome.

Great guys, came on time as promised, very polite and helpful. Called them for 1 flat, ended up giving them 2 flats. They happily came back to finish off minor snagging works. Highly recommended, will use again.

"Very Impressed". A top job by a top man, head down as soon as he got here and did not stop until the job was completed, and what a job!. The thing that stood out for me is the care he took with the cleanliness of the working areas. Overall though, an outstanding job, professional in every way. I will have no hesitation at all getting him back to carry out other works. I have piping hot water again. Thank you very much.
